Our patented design allows you to pedal like a conventional bike with an optional rowing handle bar assist. But you can not use only your arm power to propel the bike; You must be pedaling at the same time as you use your arms. You can use only your leg power to propel the bike if wanted. The optional rowing assist adds approximately 50 percent more power to the back wheel. By using the optional rowing handle bars you eliminate stress on your knees and legs, allowing you to ride longer and achieve a full body workout! |
